Processing & Shipping Times

All items purchased are made to order and processed in the same order they are received.

We try to get them done as quickly as possible without sacrificing any of the details. We can have anywhere from 10-20 open orders depending on the day, so please be patient as this is not a warehouse full of employees.

We ship via USPS first class mail, you will receive a tracking number in email confirming your order has been completed.

Overseas shipments can take longer than expected and be difficult to track once they leave the US, we are not responsible for delays due to customs and cannot provide ETAs once it leaves the US. We also are not responsible for issues that can arise with the customs process. Tracking after leaving the US is dependent on the overseas carrier updating the tracking, you can sign up for tracking alerts at USPS using the tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us if there is an actual issue with your order, but be aware…

*We are not accepting overseas returns at all.

*We cannot accept scales back that have been installed, attempted to install, or knives that have been used in any way.

*If you ordered a zippo or coin from us and handled the item for any length of time, the oils in your skin can alter the metal and can create even the smallest amount of patina on the item at which point we cannot resell it.

All of this is impossible for us to verify before sending them back, which is why we typically do not accept returns.

In the event we are willing to make an exception…

*The item must be in the exact same condition it was received & repackaged the same as received.

*You must provide photos if you find there is a manufacturer defect so we can take that to our blanks supplier.

*It will be subject to a restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item.

*To return your product, you should mail your product to: DNA LASERING, 12408 134th Ave, Anderson Island WA 98303.

*If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
